Shikshawan Foundation
  1. Shikshvan Foundation is a non-profit organization working to provide quality education to underserved children.

  2. The Foundation will not distribute profits or assets to members or trustees.

  3. All key decisions will be taken by the Governing Board, with a quorum of at least three members.

  4. Funds will be used strictly for educational projects, training, and community programs.

  5. Annual accounts will be audited by an independent auditor and will be made available on request.

  6. Membership is voluntary and may be revoked if organizational rules are violated.

  7. The Foundation will operate in full compliance with the laws of India.
