Future Plans of the Organisation

Shikshawan Foundation

Next 1 Year

We aim to expand our reach by partnering with at least 10 government schools across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. The focus will be on deploying dedicated volunteers who provide personalized academic support to children in need, especially those who have dropped out or are struggling to keep up in crowded classrooms. In parallel, we will begin weekend learning programs in select underserved communities.

3-Year Horizon

Over the next three years, we intend to grow our network of committed educators and volunteers across five new districts. Each location will have a core team responsible for coordinating student learning, conducting parent-teacher meetings, and monitoring student progress. We also plan to begin structured mentor training programs to equip our volunteers with simple but effective teaching methods focused on empathy, clarity, and student connection.

5-Year Horizon

In five years, our goal is to build community-based learning centers that become safe and vibrant academic spaces for children. These will not rely on technology or online learning, but on consistent, high-quality human interaction. We aspire to reach 50,000 students across northern India by scaling our mentor-led, one-on-one and small-group engagement model. Every child in our ecosystem will receive individual attention, emotional support, and a meaningful learning experience driven by care and continuity.
